The Expedition We Call Life

Life is undoubtedly an expedition. Parts of this expedition are to places we have selected with outcomes we desire. Other parts of the expedition, unfortunately, take us to unintended and undesired results.

When one hears words such as Dementia, Diabetes, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, etc., one naturally becomes apprehensive and likely scared. These words strike fear into the hearts and minds of not only those diagnosed, but their families as well. This is undoubtedly part of the expedition of life one does not intend.

When one is diagnosed with a disease, stress enters a person’s life daily and their family members as well. Expenses undoubtedly increase and legal matters often come into play.
